Today (usually all Friday for me) was a quiet day. No meetings, No 1-on-1s.
- Result: Volunteered for an activity. The topic was also my favorite (anything related to Employee Motivation/Development). Since I have not done this kind of activity for long time, thought of pushing myself. Motivation: I was optimist that I will learn something out of it.
- Demotivation: Nothing demotivated me today!
